公司簡介

IOI 集團成立於1969年10月31日，當時的公司名字Industrial Oxygen Incorporated Sdn Bhd, 當時的主要業務是分銷工業煤氣。在1980年7月29日正式在吉隆坡交易所（Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange）上市。


1982年12月份，李深靜正式接管控制整個集團。


1982年，參與產業發展（property development）接著1985年開始發展油棕種植。


直至2009年，IOI集團擁有30,000名員工遍布在15個不同的國家。


主要業務收入來自： 種植園（13.7%），產業發展與投資（7.9%）資源生產（77.3%），其他（1.1%）（數字根據1H10營業額）
